Massive line of illegal aliens not registered to vote in Parker County, Texas

No tents or tables were set up outside the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Driver’s License office in Weatherford and no one registered voters on the premises. It is against DPS policy to permit a voter registration drive to occur at its offices.

Members of the Republican party in Parker County, where Weatherford is located, conducted a thorough investigation into the lack of fraudulent voter registrations. Afer consulting with officials with the County Election Administration and the local DPS office, they concluded that there had been no wrongdoing.

In a post on X (formerly known as Twitter), Parker County Republican chair Brady Gray said, “Not only have there been no recent instances of ineligible individuals attempting to register in Parker County, there have only been two in the last 15 years.”

“I take every claim of election fraud or interference very seriously and will always do everything in my power to ensure that our elections are fair and that the community can have confidence in the process,” said Gray.

All voter registration applications in Parker County are processed by the Parker County Elections Office and uploaded to the Texas Secretary of State’s Election Division to verify applicant eligibility. The Parker County Elections Office has not experienced a large submission of registrants consistent with organized efforts to register illegal aliens to vote.

False Claims

Fox News anchor Maria Bartiromo claimed on X and in a segment of her Fox TV program that a “friend of mine’s wife” witnessed Democrats registering “a massive line of immigrants” to vote outside the front door of the Weatherford DPS office and two other locations in nearby Tarrant County.

“Just because these people aren’t white, that doesn’t mean they’re illegal,” said Sgt. William Lockridge, a spokesperson for the Texas DPS. He told the Fort Worth Star-Telegram that Bartiromo’s allegation was “simply false” and “kind of racist.”
